1.  Who We Are 

WorkRep Careers is a job board and career platform operating under the WorkRep family of companies. Our affiliated properties include WorkRep AI (workrepai.com) and WorkRep Canada (workrep.ca). Our products are delivered through third-party processors including Payhip and Stripe, and promoted by independent affiliates.

2.  Information We Collect 

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our services. 

Information You Provide Directly 

• Your name and contact details when you create an account or fill out a form 
• Your email address when you subscribe to communications or make a purchase 
• Payment details processed through Stripe or Payhip when you purchase a product or plan 
• Job postings, employer profile details, and candidate information if you use our job board 
• Communications you send us through contact forms or email 

Information Collected Automatically 

• Your IP address and general geographic location 
• Browser type, operating system, and device information 
• Pages you visit and time spent on our websites 
• Referral source, meaning how you arrived at our website 
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 7 below 

Information From Third Parties 

• If you access our services through a link shared by one of our affiliates, we may receive information about that referral 
• Our payment processors Stripe and Payhip provide transaction confirmation and payment status information 
• If you interact with us on social media, the platform may share publicly available information about your interaction 

3.  How We Use Your Information 

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: 

• Delivering our services. To operate the job board, process applications, manage employer accounts, and provide access to purchased products and plans. 
• Processing payments. To handle subscription payments, one-time purchases, and any related billing through Stripe and Payhip. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. 
• Communicating with you. To send you account-related information, purchase confirmations, product updates, and responses to inquiries you submit. 
• Running our affiliate program. To track affiliate referrals, calculate commissions, and manage affiliate relationships. 
• Improving our services. To understand how our websites are used, identify technical issues, and make improvements to the user experience. 
• Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and enforce our Terms of Use. 

4.  How We Share Your Information 

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances: 

• With service providers. We share information with Stripe and Payhip to process payments. These companies have their own privacy policies and security standards. We encourage you to review them. 
• With affiliates. Affiliate partners may receive confirmation that a referral they generated resulted in a purchase, but they do not receive your full personal details. 
• For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of WorkRep, our users, or the public. 
• In a business transfer. If WorkRep is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users if this occurs and their information is affected. 

5.  Data Retention 

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We also retain information as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 

If you request deletion of your account or information, we will fulfill that request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any retention requirements imposed by law. 

6.  Your Rights 

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal information: 

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you 
• The right to correct inaccurate information 
• The right to request deletion of your information where no legal basis exists for us to retain it 
• The right to withdraw consent for data processing where consent was the basis for processing 
• The right to object to the processing of your information for marketing purposes

Our services are not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to personal data, and the use of reputable third-party payment processors. 

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

11.  International Users 

Our services are operated from Canada. If you are accessing our services from outside Canada, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any WorkRep service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. 

1.  Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing, browsing, or using any website or service operated by WorkRep, including workrepcareers.com, workrepai.com, and workrep.ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. 

These terms apply to all users, including employers, job seekers, affiliates, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 

2.  Description of Services 

WorkRep Careers operates a job board platform that connects employers with candidates. Our services include but are not limited to: 

• Job posting plans for employers, including lifetime access plans 
• Candidate sourcing and access to job seeker profiles 
• Career tools and resources available through our platform 
• An affiliate program allowing independent promoters to earn commissions by referring customers 

Services are delivered digitally and are accessible through our web-based platform. Additional services and products may be offered through our affiliated properties at workrepai.com and workrep.ca. 

3.  Account Registration 

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to: 

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information 
• Maintain the security of your account credentials 
• Promptly update your account information if any details change 
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account 

You may not share your account credentials with third parties or use another person's account without their permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. 

4.  Purchases, Payment, and All Sales Are Final 

WorkRep Careers offers products and plans processed through Payhip and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following: 

4.1 Payment Processing 

All payments are handled by our third-party processors, Payhip and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store full payment card information on our own servers. 

4.2 No Refunds — All Sales Are Final 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

WorkRep does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind on any purchase, including but not limited to: 

Lifetime job board access plans 

Monthly and annual subscription plans 

Any digital product or service access purchased through our platform 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances. 

If you have a billing error or a technical issue preventing access to a paid product, please contact us at workrepai.com/contact and we will investigate. 

4.3 Subscription Plans 

Monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period or any prior periods. Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of the paid billing period. 

4.4 Lifetime Access Plans 

Lifetime access plans grant you access to the features described at the time of purchase for the lifetime of the product or platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice to users. 

5.  Affiliate Program 

WorkRep operates an affiliate program that allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring customers to our products and services. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following terms: 

• Eligibility. You must be approved by WorkRep to participate in the affiliate program. Approval is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. 
• Commission structure. Commission rates and payout terms are as communicated at the time of your enrollment in the program. WorkRep reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice. 
• Commission eligibility. Commissions are only paid on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in commission disqualification and possible account termination. 
• No refund impact. Since all sales are final and no refunds are issued, commission obligations on a completed sale remain in place once the qualifying purchase is confirmed. 
• Affiliate conduct. Affiliates must promote WorkRep products honestly and accurately. Misleading claims, spam, false advertising, or any promotion that violates applicable laws are prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program. 
• Compliance. Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with applicable advertising standards and regulations in their jurisdiction. 

6.  Employer and Job Posting Terms 

Employers who post jobs on WorkRep Careers agree to the following: 

• All job postings must be for genuine employment positions 
• Job listings must accurately describe the position, location, compensation, and requirements 
• No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading job postings are permitted 
• WorkRep is not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or the conduct of candidates referred through the platform 
• WorkRep reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate, without notice or refund 

7.  Acceptable Use 

By using our services, you agree not to: 

• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation 
• Post or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or harmful 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or the accounts of other users 
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our platform without written permission 
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services 
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without authorization 
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity 

8.  Intellectual Property 

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design, is the property of WorkRep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our platforms without our prior written consent. 

By submitting content to our platform, such as job postings, profile information, or communications, you grant WorkRep a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate our services. 

9.  Third-Party Services 

Our services rely on and integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe and Payhip for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. WorkRep is not responsible for any service interruptions, errors, or disputes arising from third-party platforms. 

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. WorkRep does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. 

10.  Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WorkRep does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. 

WorkRep is a platform that connects employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring results, or the quality, accuracy, or legality of any job posting or candidate profile on our platform. 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkRep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business. 

11.  Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkRep, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. 

12.  Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. 

If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused portions of a paid plan. 

13.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in Ontario, Canada. 

You agree to resolve disputes with WorkRep on an individual basis only. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted under these terms. 

14.  Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes means you accept the revised terms.
